The purposes of this research were 1) to development of information communication and technology literacy skills test for Prathom Sueksa 6 students, 2) to examine the quality of the content validity, difficulty, discrimination, and reliability of the information communication and technology literacy test, and 3) to create the norms of the information communication and technology literacy skills test for Prathom Sueksa 6, Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The samples were 400 students in Prathom Sueksa 6, Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 who studied in the academic year 2018, by multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was the information communication and technology literacy skills test for students of Prathom Sueksa 6, Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2, which has multiple choice type test with 4 choices totaling 50 questions. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, content validity, difficulty, discrimination, reliability, and norms.
The results were as follows:
1.The information communication and technology literacy skills test for Prathom Sueksa 6 students, Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 contains multiple choice totaling 50 questions, which include the information communication and technology literacy skills content for Prathom Sueksa 6 students according to the components of literacy of information and communication technology that is linked to learning skills in the 21st century.
